And what holiday table can do without a dish of pork. Pork meat is easy and quick to prepare, goes well with almost any other food, is very healthy for the body and is well absorbed. Pork Ham


Pork – 1kg
Water – 1l
Garlic – 5 tooth.
Bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.
Peppercorns, dill seeds, coriander seeds, paprika, oregano – 1 tsp each.

How to cook:

Put salt, crushed garlic, bay leaf, paprika, peppercorns, capsicum, dill and coriander seeds, oregano in a saucepan. Pour in water, stir until the salt dissolves.

Mix tomato paste, vegetable oil and paprika. Lubricate the pork, wrap in foil and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 1-1.5 hours. In the process, pour the juice from the meat.

Pork skewers in the oven


Pork – 1kg
Sour cream – 1 tbsp. l.
Suneli hops – 2 tsp
Salt, pepper – to taste

How to cook:

Coarsely chop the pork. Add salt, ground black pepper, suneli hops, sour cream and lemon juice. Add honey and finely chopped herbs. Leave to marinate for an hour.

We need: 1.2 kg pork fillet

We send the baking sheet to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes, then open the paper and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. We take out a baking sheet, check the readiness of the meat. If the pulp is pierced with a fork or knife, the ichor should not stand out. Clear, clear juice may appear.
