How to cook pork in a pan with olives and zucchini
Ingredients
450 g pork tenderloin;
2 onions;
1 zucchini;
10-12 pitted olives;
1 clove of garlic;
1 small bunch of basil;
4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;
4 tablespoons of olive oil;
½ teaspoon smoked or regular paprika;
1 tablespoon honey – optional
¼ teaspoon salt;
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper;
¼ teaspoon oregano;
¼ teaspoon dried marjoram or rosemary

Cooking

Cut the pork into medium slices about 1 cm thick, onions into half rings, zucchini and olives into thin circles.

Chop the garlic. Separate the basil leaves from the stems.

Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, paprika, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and marjoram.

Place the meat in a bag. Pour in the sauce, stir and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the onion without oil for 2-3 minutes. Add pork with sauce and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Add olives and zucchini. Continue to fry for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Sprinkle with basil before serving.

Pork in a Cashew Pan by Jamie Oliver

Ingredients
200 g pork fillet;
4 bulbs;
1 bell pepper;
2 cloves of garlic;
1 piece of ginger about 4 cm long;
salt and pepper – to taste;
1½ teaspoons Chinese 5 spices or ⅓ teaspoon each ground cinnamon, star anise, Sichuan pepper, cloves, and fennel seeds
5 teaspoons of vegetable oil;
2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
1 teaspoon corn or wheat flour;
175 ml of water;
50 g cashews.

Cooking

Cut the pork into slices about 2-3 cm thick, onions and peppers – a little thinner. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Salt the meat, pepper, add spices and 2 teaspoons of oil.

Mix soy sauce with flour and water.

Heat 1½ teaspoons oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pork and cashews for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Arrange the meat and nuts on a plate.

Add the remaining oil to the same skillet. Fry the onion and pepper for 2 minutes, add the garlic and ginger and leave on the fire for another 1 minute. Pour in water with sauce and flour. Boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Return the pork with nuts to the pan and cook for a couple more minutes.

Pork in a pan with rice and cheese

Grilled pork recipe with rice and cheese
Ingredients
450 g boneless pork;
½ onion;
1 carrot;
2 cloves of garlic;
3-4 stalks of green onions;
130 g cheddar;
2 tablespoons of olive oil;
200 g of rice;
1 tablespoon Italian herbs or other spices of your choice
100 g frozen peas;
500 ml chicken broth (can be from a cube);
120 g sour cream;
salt and pepper – to taste.

Cooking

Cut the pork into small pieces, onions and carrots into cubes. Grind the garlic on a grater or pass through a press. Chop onion feathers. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. For 5-7 minutes, brown the pork with onions and carrots.

Add rice, spices, peas and broth. Simmer for 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sour cream and half the cheese. Salt and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top. Cover and leave for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with green onions before serving.

Pork in a pan with paprika and mushrooms

How to cook pork in a pan with paprika and mushrooms
Ingredients
450 g pork tenderloin;
300 g of champignons;
3-4 tomatoes;
1 onion;
1 clove of garlic;
2-3 sprigs of greens;
salt and pepper – to taste;
2 tablespoons of paprika;
3 tablespoons of olive oil;
½ teaspoon thyme;
½ teaspoon dried cumin – optional
2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
120 ml chicken broth (can be from a cube).

Cooking

If the pork has fat, remove it. Cut meat, mushrooms and tomatoes into small pieces, onions into small pieces. Small mushrooms can be left whole. Pass the garlic through a press. Chop greens.

Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper and half the paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meat for about 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Pour the remaining oil into the same pan and brown the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Put the mushrooms on the pork.

In the same saucepan, fry the onion for 3-5 minutes until brown. Sprinkle with garlic, remaining paprika, thyme and cumin. Stir and cook for a couple more minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and broth. Bring to a boil and cook for another 10 minutes.

Return pork and mushrooms to skillet. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes or longer, until the meat is tender.

Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
