Meat dishes are very nutritious and tasty

Roast is a dish that does not have a canonical recipe
So you can experiment. We cooked from what was available: celery root, potatoes, onions and carrots. Added a little dry red wine for piquancy and tomato paste. If you don’t have wine, use water. It won’t affect the taste much. Roast with pork and bacon can be cooked in a cauldron, in pots in the oven, in a slow cooker and in a saucepan on the stove.
For this dish we used pork ribs, you can use just a piece of pork.
It is desirable that he be fat. So, clean only from the films, without touching the fat. We used tomato juice and prunes, added sweet mustard, garlic and thyme. It turned out to be an incredible tasty dish “like on a fire”, because it is the prunes that give the taste of “smoke”. Cook pork ribs with tomato sauce and prunes and serve with a simple side dish – boiled rice, buckwheat, millet or spaghetti.
Only four ingredients are required to prepare pilaf – meat
Rice, onions and carrots. Everything else is to enhance and diversify the taste. We added raisins and dried apricots. The combination of meat with sweet dried fruits is a well-known culinary technique that contributes to the balance of taste. Coriander seeds, ginger, paprika, allspice, dried tomatoes and chili peppers were also used. Pork pilaf turned out a la oriental.
