John Tesar is expanding his reach yet again, this time by creating the menus for a new restaurant in Denver and possibly one in Frisco.

The popular Dallas-based television chef, food festival star, cookbook author, restaurateur and Chefs for Farmers organizer tells the Hatch that he’s signed to create the menu of Downtown Denver’s new Element Kitchen, a casual restaurant with craft cocktails set to open by Memorial Day.

Tesar says Element Kitchen’s menu will represent an “elevation of great bar food, much like Cedar Social (the Dallas restaurant whose opening menu he created) but with a more elegant atmosphere.”

According to their website, owner Element Management also operates a nightclub in San Francisco, plus three nightclubs and a beer park in Las Vegas.
