Spicy pork with eggplant

Ingredients:

Pork without bones – 500 g
Eggplant – 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper, onion – 1 pc.
Ground paprika – 1 tsp
Sugar, starch – 1 tbsp. l.
Water – 100 ml
Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.
Carrot – 1 pc.
Garlic – 3 tooth.
Salt, pepper, sesame seeds, herbs

How to cook:

Cut the meat into cubes, fry for 5 minutes over high heat until golden brown.
Add finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Cut the carrots into strips, add to the meat and fry for 3 minutes.
Cut the eggplant into half rings and fry in a separate pan. Add to meat, fry for a few minutes.
Add half of the chopped pepper, chopped garlic, mix.
Add soy sauce, salt, paprika, sugar, starch dissolved in water, mix and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the rest of the pepper and simmer with the lid closed for 5 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and herbs.

Pork roll with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients:

Loin – 1 kg
Mushrooms – 250 g
Hard cheese – 100 g
Onion, garlic clove – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper, spices
Vegetable oil
Butter

How to cook:

Make a deep cut along the entire piece of meat up to half and cuts on the right and left. Lightly beat off and grate with salt, pepper and garlic passed through a press.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters and sauté until golden brown. Finely chop the onion and fry. Mix with mushrooms, salt and pepper.
On a layer of meat put, alternating, mushrooms and diced cheese. Roll up the roll and tie with a thread.
Fry on all sides over high heat, transfer to a baking sheet greased with butter. Bake for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
When the roll is browned, cover with foil and bring to readiness.

Pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

Pork – 500 g
Sour cream 15% – 350 g
Champignons or porcini mushrooms – 300 g
Salt, pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
Green onions, herbs, spices

How to cook:

Meat cut into small cubes. Mushrooms – in quarters.
Fry meat in hot oil until golden brown. Add mushrooms and bring to taste with spices. Fry over medium heat for 25 minutes until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated.
Add sour cream and simmer for another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Decorate with greenery.

Pork with plums

Ingredients:

Pork shoulder – 700-800 g
Plums – 10-15 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.
fresh basil
Garlic – 6 tooth.
Salt, pepper, coriander, chili

How to cook:

Wash the meat, dry it. Salt, pepper and brush with a little oil. Pour into a baking dish.
Cut the pepper, remove the seeds from the plums, chop the garlic and chop the basil.
Distribute everything over the pork. Add spices to taste.
Bake under foil at 200 degrees for an hour and a half. Remove foil and bake until done.

Pork in puff pastry.

Ingredients:

Pork – 700 g
Puff pastry – 2 sheets
Onion – 3 pcs.
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper, spices – to taste
