Element Kitchen & Cocktail is the Mile-High City’s first farm to table sports restaurant and bar, featuring seasonal menus curated by four-time James Beard award semi-finalist and Bravo’s Top Chef contestant, John Tesar.  With a rustic urban décor, the Golden Triangle eatery is set to open in mid-July and will be open for lunch, happy hour and dinner. With a beverage program featuring fresh cocktails made with local spirits and a huge selection of Denver’s best locally brewed beer, element Kitchen & Cocktail is the perfect place to watch a game, grab a bite or relax after a long day at work.

With current locations in Las Vegas and San Francisco, element HOSPITALITY has a built a successful reputation based on the consistent execution of great customer service.  This summer, we are excited to open our first two Denver concepts and become part of the hospitality fabric of the city.   In the last ten years we have had the pleasure of developing and managing concepts in markets across the country including Las Vegas, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and Vail.  In this time, we have honed our ability to identify the unique traits that can position venues for success while finding and training the staff necessary to ensure long-term positioning as the best in the market.  We can’t wait to meet the best that Denver has to offer as we start to grow our family in Denver.

Element Kitchen & Cocktail is currently seeking passionate leaders for Front and Back of house management positions.  We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their craft and share our high expectation for service excellence. Experience is important, but we are always happy to train the right individual who can demonstrate an insatiable desire to exceed guest expectations. This is a great opportunity to join our rapidly growing team as one of the first members of our Denver office.
